👋🏼H.E.L.L.O. Thank you for being here. This is me 3 years in and still smiling. This all started with 12 black teeshirts that quickly bloomed into a business adventure while I returned to my government career in 2019 from mat leave. Juggling both roles as a new Mom and trying to keep the “balance” has been an experience that I can now appreciate and tell myself I’ve done well. I have 2 healthy children under 5 that keep me busy and a very supportive hubby in Victoria, BC.

My favourite part aside from seeing our gear worn all over Victoria and tagged on Instagram, is making the strong relationships with customers, retailers, vendors, market organizers, photographers, and more. I have grown and learned many lessons over the last couple years, but I have always felt supported and grateful for these connections in my community. These connections are what builds a strong business that people talk about and want to be part of.

As you may know our unique Westcoast Mama® logo is exclusive, but here’s more about us:
- We, I, Us, is really me, Chelsea. I’m a one woman operation. ATM I can’t even count all the hats, so that’s telling.
- You won’t find Westcoast Mama® anywhere else. It is our own registered trademark.
- The “Lue” is named after my oldest daughter Summer Luella.

It’s February Heart Month and we are excited to be raising funds for the VGH Paediatric Cardiology Unit. This cause is very close to our hearts as I little babe Nash has been cared for incredibly by these amazing group of professionals over the last 8 months. We want to show our support and contribute to the delivery of their resources to support more families in BC.
