Ek0reiki

Well this post might be overdue! But as I’ve converted business models, I’d like to share with you all a bit of what I’m doing now!

I always like to say sending Reiki has a physical/literal definition, and a spiritual one.

Spiritually- Reiki is Divine source energy, which is infinite, and can help bring one into deep relaxation. Our bodies and spiritual bodies undergo immense healing when we are in this deep relaxed state!

Physically/literally- I essentially will stand or sit by you, using my hands to channel the reiki energy.

In my sessions- which may be different than most, I only make physical contact with my hands to the head, shoulders, and knees down to the feet; but that is only with client consent and isn’t necessary. Though some do prefer it!

Reiki can be received directly in person and through distance sessions. Distance reiki can reach you no matter where you are✨

I’ve had an incredible experience receiving Reiki from many lovely friends, practitioners, and even family members in my lifetime; who have all inspired me abundantly 💚

Growing up was nothing short of a struggle, and I approached many methods of treatment for things like ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, etc…
And while I found so many mechanics that assisted me with this journey, nothing could quite compare to the deep rooted healing Reiki has brought me.

And so I decided to become a practitioner myself to continue on this lifelong healing journey and to also bring some light to others on the way! I’m so excited for what the future brings 💚

I remember feeling just a few weeks ago that I should’ve never taken my nail course. I have always been the person to catch on to new skills quickly, but being a good nail tech is something I have had to work for and still am. But now my persistence is really coming through. This set I did on myself, which would’ve taken me 6-7 hours a month ago and would look half as good, took me only 3 hours today. Be persistent with your goals; you’ll get there ✅💚🤍💛

Today was so amazing, I basically got to put in a full day of work! Here’s pictures from the fill i did, I got sparkles EVERYWHERE. I love what I do so much ❤️

Ombré/swirl set from today! (It’s hard to see which nails are ombré and which are the swirl ones with my phone camera😂). I am very proud of this set, I have become more efficient and better at building nails with smooth surfaces. I’m definitely far from perfect, but learning every time I walk into my workspace. Thank you all for the support you’ve given me during this time 💞💙
