Big congratulations goes out to Julia Longo, Adam Kane and Greg McPherson on winning medals this past weekend at their swimming competition 🥇🥈🥉

These guys come in twice a week and put the hard work in! We’re so proud of all of them for their continued dedication to the gym 💪

We run our adaptive program every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30pm and it’s the best sessions of the week 🗓

is running a new level 1 session Tuesday, April 16 😊

The classes run for 4 weeks, 2 classes a week, Tuesday and Thursdays at 10:15am.

These classes teach you the tools you need to strengthen your core and pelvic floor to feel your most confident and powerful! 💪🏻

Not a lot of people realize this but you need to retrain your brain to connect to your pelvic floor muscles and core after such a big transformation. 🤰🏼

This helps you reduce leaking, minimize common pains, build full body strength and actually see results! 🤗
