We are heading into Kelowna to go see the theatre production, “Return to the Hiding Place,” hosted by Willow Park church. There is no cost for the tickets. See previous post for a summary on what the play is about. Feel free to bring a friend! 🎭

Just wanting to give you teens plenty of heads up that this Friday night we are going to the wonderful theatre production of "Return to the Hiding Place." It is being hosted free of charge by Willow Park church in Kelowna and starts at 7:00. So we will meet at the church for 6:00 and drive in together in enough time to get good seats, hopefully. This production features a Dutch woman and her family who suffer during the Holocaust at the hands of the N***s, and end up in a death camp for daring to rescue the lives of Jewish people. It is a story of faith, forgiveness and reconciliation. Very compelling. I think we will all get a lot out of it! We will head back to the church for snack and then the evening should wrap up an hour earlier than normal because of the early start. 🎭

Parents and Teens, just a reminder that you are invited to our Community Supper today at 5pm at the church! We would love to see you there!

Skating is on at Stuart Park this Friday for Teen Night! So grab your skates if you have a pair, or rent some at the park for $6, cash only. Dress warmly! 🧣🧤⛸ Bring some extra money for a cup of hot chocolate downtown following skating! Drop off and pickup at the church 7:00 and 10:30.

Remembrance Day is upon us, teens, so there will not be Teen Night on Friday. Take time to pause in thankful memory of those who have given their lives for our freedom. And remember as well the one who paid the ultimate price for our freedom from sin, Jesus, who is the Saviour of the world. We will see you next week! 🇨🇦
