I had a dream of shredding spines and chutes so I set out to see if it was possible. Might of been a bit ambitious, might of been the best idea Ive had in years but I guess we will never know.
A new chapter is starting for Salomon.
Make sure to go to to be there from the very beginning.
Happy birthday to my best friend, greatest dog mom, incredible wife and to the best life partner I could ask for! I can’t wait to keep the adventures going on this amazing trip of life with you! 😘 gros bisou
Never a dull moment camping with these two!
and you are the best adventure partners! Now let’s go catch some waves or at least pretend to.😂
Here is a couple pictures of me way back when I couldn’t grow a beard. I was 13 getting ready to race the SG at Whistler Cup and ended up cracking the top ten which was a big deal for me and what made it even more special is that it so happened to be my birthday! Salomon is celebrating their own birthday of 75 years in the making and to help us celebrate we want to hear your Salomon story by sharing photos or videos by tagging and ! Let’s see what you got people!
With all this rain in the forecast it has me thinking of cooler days!

Happy mothers day to all the amazing moms out there especially mommy Rey! Thanks for being the best mom any kid could ask for! 😘
I always seem to get a little confused this time of the year and I never know if it’s time to be skiing pow or laying back at the beach to get my tan on. So this year I decided to try both at the same time! I can now confirm it’s not as pleasant as I would of imagined but you don’t know until you try. Go out there and try it out for yourself and let me know what you think.

I worked hard for this last 365 around the sun rehabbing from a knee injury but I couldn’t be more grateful for all the support from everyone and the lessons I learned along the way! Apparently there is this thing called patients that I now possess a little of which I didn’t know was possible. If I had one wish for my bday it would be to encourage everyone to open there minds, listen to each other and be kinder to one one another even if you have different views. In a time where society is very divided we need to unit as one as we are all in this together. Let’s make the next 369 even better!
Are you returning from an injury? Well it doesn’t really matter if you are or not as you’re probably gonna wanna watch this light hearted yet instructional episode of Tips From The Pros anyways. In this episode I go over 8 tips on how to return to skiing after an injury from the lessons I have learned in this past year coming back from a knee injury. Go check it out and don’t be afraid to have a laugh or two along the way!

Can’t believe it’s been ten years since we lost a dear friend and amazing teammate. I miss you Buddy! I still hold you close while shredding and every chance I get I bask in the sun in memory of you.
It doesn’t look like much but after a longer rehab process then expected it feels good to be skiing pow again and be out with the crew even if it’s just for moral support!
Practice makes… better.
In this week’s episode of Salomon’s How-To series, Salomon athletes Chris Rubens, Mike Douglas, Leah Evans, Alexi Godbout and Stan Rey go through an avalanche rescue training scenario. The team explains how to set up your own training exercise to replicate what an actual avalanche scenario might involve.

Super proud of my teammate for putting himself out there with this film. If you struggle with mental health don’t be afraid to reach out for help. Behind closed doors, professional skier Drew has been living a much different reality than ski films, magazine covers, and Instagram likes have shown. Following a near-death accident in the mountains, Petersen went into a dark tailspin of mental health struggles. In the following years, he has privately navigated an arduous journey of PTSD, bipolar disorder, brain injury rehabilitation, and suicidal thoughts. Told through the lens of ski touring, “Ups and Downs” is an introspective look at the mountains and valleys along his path, and how his mental health journey is ultimately lifelong—both from well before Petersen’s accident and for the rest of his life moving forward. His story is truly one of finding the light, healing both in the mountains and in therapy, and how giving voice to his struggles ultimately saved him. Full film linked in bio

Had an awesome time right before Christmas dusting off and learning new skills with my awesome team of colleagues at the ! One thing I can take away from our safety day is to always have a plan if something were to go wrong and within your group make sure you have all the equipment to perform a rescue. One of the most important pieces of equipment is a satellite communication device. I have a with me at all times in the backcountry which enables me to have confidence that I will be able to call for help if needed. Do you plan to this holiday season? 7 years in the running and the crew finally did it! We conquered “Movie of the Year”!!!So proud of everyone involved in making not only an amazing movie year after year but making it fun and not even seem like a job. My body would disagree from all the flat landings but my mind is still young! Cheers to many more to come crew. Time to get stoked for the season as the snow has started to cap our mountain tops! To know the QST line of skis is to love the QST line of skis. And to love the new members of that line, the QST Blank and the QST 98, you must first know the history of the collection that has led to their development, and set industry standards for versatility. The QST line of skis is a direct product of Salomon’s unique Mountain Collective development process where we the athletes work hand-in-hand with designers and development teams who in turn, work in-lock-step with consumers to ensure that the final collection of skis delivers versatility, confidence and performance for all skiers.
