More progress on the smoker this weekend, getting closer to being done. Stack dampener is done, handles on cook chamber and firebox are done other then different bolt for firebox handle. Grease drain and ball valve installed in bottom. Couple of cooking racks made but ran out of material to make a slide out upper rack.

With the nicer weather I figured I should get back to working on the smoker before the BBQ weather is upon us. I decided to scrap the 80 gallon cook chamber and upgraded to a 120 gallon tank. Most of the bigger water work is complete, down to making handles and cooking grates
New shop tool means new projects. Were going to be stepping our BBQ turning this 80 gallon compressor tank and pile of steel into a custom homemade wood burning offset smoker
