To our valued customers: we understand the concerns of making deposits via E transfer over Facebook and the uncertaincy due to scams, so we do not ask for a deposit we put all our trust and time that our customers will answer their phones and or Facebook messages upon the time we will drop it off and pick up. Should you not answer the phone prior to dropping it off we will cancel your booking. We cannot load up the hot tub get it ready, disinfect change filters and sanitize then drive to your home for no one to answer the door. We must confirm instructions prior to going to desired location. That being said in the future. Please note that drop off it’s usually
9am-11pm due to the fact that we need to get it there early for it to heat up on time for when you need it.
