The Recioto della Valpolicella is a complete explosion of youthful and immediate fruit, offering a lively note of violet and iris. In the mouth, sweetness takes the upper hand, and then the wine relaxes, becoming bewitching and persuasive as it draws to a long and beguiling finish.

La Cantina , operante in dal 1886, offre un'accoglienza calorosa e si dedica alla coltivazione biologica con una produzione annua di circa 200.000 bottiglie. Mantengono tradizioni come il remuage manuale e producono edizioni limitate con oltre 12 anni di affinamento. Offrono vini eccezionali come il Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs, Satèn, Rosé e Millesimato, insieme a Extra Brut prodotto solo con uva. La gestione è guidata da Agostino Migliorati, che combina saggezza agronomica e passione per il territorio. L'ampio vigneto circondante e l'architettura contemporanea rendono il luogo ideale per visite ed eventi.

Bersi Serlini Winery, a historic family estate since 1886, is located in Franciacorta, Provaglio d’Iseo, Italy, and is an ideal destination for wine and nature enthusiasts. They practice organic farming, producing around 200,000 bottles annually. They maintain traditional techniques like manual remuage, and some limited editions age for a minimum of 12 years. Their unforgettable offerings include Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs, Satèn, Rosé, and Millesimato. They also produce Extra Brut using only grapes. The winery, managed by Agostino Migliorati, combines agronomic expertise and a deep love for the land. With vine-covered hectares surrounding the contemporary architecture, it's an ideal place for tours and events.

Bellissima esperienza con Masottina durante la Milano Wine Week con una Masterclass tenuta Cristina Mercuri e Federico Dal Bianco su “La visione enologica della Famiglia Dal Bianco” e un evento presso l’Alchimia Restaurant & Lounge dove abbiamo degustato due piatti creati dallo chef Postorino in abbinamento ai vini Masottina.

Masottina ha una storia radicata nella passione per il vino e la tradizione familiare. Fondata nel 1946, la sua filosofia si basa sull'autenticità, sull'innovazione e sulla valorizzazione delle diverse caratteristiche dei terroir.
Con dedizione e impegno, hanno creato una gamma di vini versatili e distintivi, come il rinomato R.D.O. Ponente, che incarna l'eleganza e la tradizione vinicola. Il mio preferito!

I had the pleasure of visiting their cellar and tasting different vintages. Their passion for viticulture, commitment, and dedication to their land shine through. I hope to be able to return soon!

Il Brut “San Salvatore” si chiama come la collina sulla quale si erge l’omonimo castello.
▫️varietà: Glera e altre varietà autoctone quali Verdiso e Bianchetta
Un Brut fruttato e fragrante, che riposa sui lieviti per quattro lunghi mesi ed esprime una bollicina cremosa e sottile ottima per aprire un pasto!
