- Fundamental techniques of forehand, backhand, serve, and volley.
- Tips to improve your court positioning and game strategy.
- FiTennis training tailored to increase your speed, agility, and endurance.
- Practical sessions on doubles and singles game tactics.
What the Camp Includes:
- Interactive and instructive training sessions led by coaches from Team Pro ML SPORT MANAGEMENT.
- Personalized advice to identify and correct specific aspects of your game.
- 2 players per court/coach.
- Tennis training 3 hours per day (1:30 morning, 1:30 afternoon).
- FiTennis 2 x 1 hour sessions spread throughout the week (not included in 4-day camps).
