I feel to share this track as I return from assisting the wonderful Rosie Perks at her Movement Medicine workshop “Ashes and Blossom” on grief. 🌺
How beautiful to witness and support brave dancers meeting all the different colours of their grief, old and new, in a safe space. Melting the ice, releasing the fires… dancing parts of themselves back to life. 💓 So many stories of human suffering… turning into blossoms. The unbroken life force within us continuing to move us towards love whenever we let it.
