Good morning to everyone 🤗as result shows of previous storys, would be nice to introduce myself😉here we go!
My name is Anton and im 25 years old (26 next month👴🏼). I come from Estonia which is an amazing but tiny baltic country, which shares its borders with Russia, Latvia and Finland.
After studying to become a chef and spending time in the military in my home country I decided to start a new adventure travelling to Manchester in the UK were for 2 years I worked in a popular restaurant gaining great skills and experience.
After realising I need to start a new chapter in life I unexpectedly got an invitation to come to Zurich to work, which I was ecstatic about. So from 2019 I've held 2 jobs here and I'm currently working at "Brisket southern BBQ" which I recommend everybody should stop by because the food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing

After being disappeared for a while, decided to discuss with you about origin of „pelmeni“. ☺️
As we all know, I present pelmeni as Russian dish, that had been made first time in Ural area (Russian Federation), but some of the historical notes saying, that it came from China in 15 century.
My personal opinion, nobody can not proof of real origin of classic pelmeni!
How do you think about it?
