Do our body needs fats?
Yes, it does. Dietary fats are essential to give your body energy and to support cell function. They also help protect your organs and help keep your body warm. Fats help your body absorb some nutrients and produce important hormones, too. Fats can also have different effects on the cholesterol levels in your body.
…
So what’s the bottom line?
……choose and consume healthy fats…..
…..Are you trying to loose weight but worried about the kind of fats to eat?

🌱The powerful ingredient: Avocado 🥑✅
Avocado, often referred to as "nature's butter," is a versatile and nutrient-dense fruit that deserves a special place in your plate😌
1️⃣ Healthy Fats: Unlike most fruits, avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats, which are heart-healthy and can help reduce bad cholesterol levels. These fats also aid in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and contribute to satiety, keeping you fuller for longer.
2️⃣ Nutrient rich: Avocados contain a range of nutrients, including Vit C, E, K, and B-complex like folate, niacin, and pantothenic acid. They are also a great source of minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and copper.
3️⃣ Fiber-Rich: Avocados are an excellent source of dietary fiber.
4️⃣ Antioxidant Boost: abundant in antioxidants, including lutein and zeaxanthin, which promote eye health and protect against age-related macular degeneration. These also help fight oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.
5️⃣ Skin and Hair Health:The healthy fats and antioxidants in avocados can help nourish your skin, enhance its elasticity, and promote a natural glow. Additionally, the vitamin E content contributes to maintaining healthy hair and a moisturized scalp.
Incorporating avocados into your diet is incredibly easy!
Slice them onto toast, blend them into smoothies, add them to salads, or simply enjoy them as a creamy and nutritious snack. However, remember that avocados are relatively high in calories, so moderation is key!
So, next time you're at the grocery store, don't forget to pick up a few avocados.Your body will thank you later 👌

Do you eat bread, cereal with cows milk as your first meal? Are your food deep fried in vegetable oil like sunflower, corn or canola oil?. Do you have lots of meal with white floor and lots of wrongly prepared grains?.
Please reconsider as you will or your children will be so hungry in about 2 hours. You can’t stay focused neither can the kids at school in that state.
You are also causing yours and the children’s body inflammation as you all consume this daily.
It’s the reason your daughters can get their period so early and have serious cramps.
It’s time to do better!

///How you dealing with constipation during pregnancy???///.....................................
It's estimated that about 70% of women experience constipation during pregnancy so today's topic should hit home for many.
One of the top myths around constipation is that if you eat more fiber, you can solve the problem. And while eating more fiber is a great idea, it's not always the solution. Here are some other things to focus on, in addition to increasing your fiber intake.
1) Hydration. We need fluid to help move stools through our system. Most people aren't getting enough water.
2. Increase your body's ability to produce digestive enzymes, bile and acid -- all the things are needed to break down your food properly and keep it moving. Digestive bitters are a great way to improve these things. Try adding foods like dandelion greens, arugula, mustard greens burdock root.
3) Ginger works by helping your brain talk to your gut and keep food moving through your system. One of the easiest ways is to take an oz of whole ginger, blend it with water and then freeze in ice cube trays. Add the ice to a glass of water.

The 3 big portions of our daily meals.
LIMIT SWEET BREAKFASTS ❌❌❌
✅Stop limiting your kids breakfast to bread and chocolate, pancakes and jam or puff puff and hot chocolate in the morning. Eating sweet most mornings causes blood sugar to rise and crash too quickly, causing cravings after 30minutes, headaches, lack of energy and concentration in class and ultimately promotes obesity and type 2 diabetes.
✅Instead of sweet, give them savoury breakfasts at least 6 of 7 days. Give them more vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, spinach, citrus fruits, avocados, plant-based milk alternatives, like Soymilk, oat milk etc.
✅You can do a simple smoothie using, oat milk, fevergrass tea (sugar free), 4 handfuls of spinach, half a cucumber, some mint leaves, half lemon 🍋, half an avocado 🥑, half a mango and 1 tablespoon milk bacteria cultures for a healthy gut flora......................................................................
Was it sweet, absolute not!
Was it healthy, absolutely yes!
Did they love it, absolutely yes! Because that’s all they have grown up with.
👉Type 2 diabetes diet definition and facts
1. Type 2 Diabetes involves problems getting enough glucose into the cells. When the sugar can't get where it is supposed to be, it leads to elevated blood sugar levels in the bloodstream, which can lead to complications such as kidney, nerve, and eye damage, and cardiovascular disease.
2. Foods to eat for a type 2 diabetic diet meal plan include complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole wheat, quinoa, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, and lentils. Foods to avoid include simple carbohydrates, which are processed, such as sugar, pasta, white bread, flour, and cookies, pastries.
3. Foods with a low glycemic load (index) only cause a modest rise in blood sugar and are better choices for people with diabetes. Good glycemic control can help in preventing long-term complications of type 2 diabetes.
4. Fats don't have much of a direct effect on blood sugar but they can be useful in slowing the absorption of carbohydrates.
5. Protein provides steady energy with little effect on blood sugar. It keeps blood sugar stable, and can help with sugar cravings and feeling full after eating. Protein-packed foods to eat include beans, legumes, eggs, seafood, dairy, peas, tofu, and lean meats and poultry.
6. Five diabetes "superfoods" to eat include chia seeds, wild salmon, white balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, and lentils.
7. Healthy diabetes meal plans include plenty of vegetables, and limited processed sugars and red meat.
8. Diet recommendations for people with type 2 diabetes include a vegetarian or vegan diet, the American Diabetes Association diet (which also emphasizes exercise), the Paleo Diet, and the Mediterranean diet.
9. What to not to eat if you have type 2 diabetes: sodas (regular and diet), refined sugars, processed carbohydrates, trans fats, high-fat animal products, high-fat dairy products, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, and any highly processed foods.

Hello everyone, in the days ahead we shall be taking on a "Feeding Your Baby-5months to 1year guide tour, stay updated 😉
It's just so hard to feed kids healthy food all of the time as they are influenced by their friends and advertisement. Let's here what some suggest:::
👉"I would just add more variety in vegetables and fruits and proteins that are available for me to offer them".
👉" Try to figure out what they seem to like. Strive to get them to eat “healthy” most of the time".
👉"...Well..not much you can do when they are out with friends, or eating lunches served at school. But, at least they can have a healthy breakfast (whole grains, fruit etc) and a healthy dinner (not processed, a good protein source, vegetables and whole grains)".
✅Now from their point of view you can see everyone is tranna give his/her the best Nutrition and health in food. It's perfectly just fine to think this way.
🤔 Now, how about just a single food plate that will secure/provide almost everything s/he wants.
