We've all heard the phrase, "Money doesn't make you happy!"

Well from personal experience being BROKE and struggling financially definitely does NOT bring happiness.

I know what is is like to be so broke that BROKE was a goal.

I know what is like to lose EVERYTHING more than once... and I mean everything!

I know what it is like to be evicted, to not be able to pay the toll on the freeway, to find many creative ways to live on potatoes.

Thankfully those days are behind me and I NEVER intend to go back to those circumstances.

Now I look at the left side of menus at restaurants and order whatever I want, not what I can afford.

Now I go on vacation and stay in nice hotels and resorts.

Now I can get tailor made clothes rather than look for the sales.

Now I can be generous with family and friends creating memorable experiences.

I am passionate about helping others do the same in 2023 so they can be a blessing to others rather than struggling and needing to be blessed by others.

It is empowering, uplifting, and energizing to be financially strong, to be not be focused on survival, but focused on thriving.

Don't fall for the BS that the financial struggle is some noble cause, a statement of spiritual enlightenment, or to be rationalized. and defended.

You were destined to be prosperous, to be able to leave a legacy, to be your best self.

But in reality the advice she was given was way more insidious than it looks.

She wasn’t asked about her offer.

She wasn’t asked about her audience.

She wasn’t asked about her sales process.

She wasn’t asked about her strategy.

You know, the things that actually make a difference.

She was downright told that the way she LOOKS and IS was in the way of her success.

BECAUSE the intention of this advice wasn’t to help her but to bring her down.

I’m gonna ask you all to do me a favour.

Post a picture of yourself below and show the world what a leader actually looks like.

Show us that you can be young, old, black, Asian, white, tattooed, cute, feisty, sexy, conservative, liberal, disabled, able bodied, gay, straight, non binary, introverted, extroverted, neurottypical or neurodivergent, with a traffic cone on your head or suited up and still crush it in your business.
