Madame Haman Adama was born in 1950 in Maroua. Trained in ENAM and joined Paul Biya's government in the year 2000 as National Education secretary of state. She was Minister of Basic Education from the year 2004 to 2009 and was imprisoned for embezzlement after she left office but was later released.

It's worth noting that throughout my primary school, I the only Ministers I knew were Prime Minister Chef Efraim Enoni, Luis Bappes Bappes Minister of Secondary Education and Madame Haman Adama Minister of Basic Education.

TCF Canada is French test required by the Canadian government from those wishing to migrate and live in French parts of Canada.

If you see a primary school child's bag in Cameroon, you will think the future is bright.
But we know the reality 😅😅

Should a child focus on his/her field of study or should be taught survival out of school curriculum ⁉️

🚨 As a teacher, if u see a student sittx behind the class, concentratx, lookx directly at u, catch that criminal. He is doing somethx under the bench 😅😅

🚨HOW DID WOMEN SUCCEED IN DOING THIS?!🚨
-A man will spend time money and energy chasing a woman "to give her pleasure ".
-Then a man will still take his money to pay so that a woman should come and live in his house for free and he will feed her, cloth her, and take care of her health.
- Then, the man will still give the woman children and still be forced to take care of those children for her. In most cases, once the children grow, the man does not matter anymore or he is no more.
-Women have succeeded in making men feel guilty if they are not able to take care of them but they always pretend to be the weaker part.
🚨THE REALITY HERE IS THAT MEN HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED.

🚨Don't force your dreams on your children. They have got the right to choose 🤞🏿

One day I said to myself. If I had a billion dollars I will open a university in Cameroon. I will employ the best lecturers and the best administrators. But I thought, then where will I take the money to pay their monthly salaries??
No one will pay 5M as fees in Cameroon 🤷🏾‍♂️
Then I thought of a hospital. A hospital with a difference. But I noticed I will also need medical personnel with a difference. So where will a Cameroonian take money to change a kidney??🤦🏾‍♂️
Then I realized that our system trains us to work for the WEST 🥺🥺

🚨 REFLECTION 🚨
Do you think our schools in Cameroon are too cheap❓❓

🚨When I see fees of schools in Europe and America and other Asian countries. It seem like we are schooling for free😅

🚨History teachers in Africa should concentrate more on African History before colonization. That's our real History the rest are stories.

🚨A graduate with a focus 😅😅😅

DUTY OF A TEACHER:
Many will say "Teachers just work few hours but they earn huge salaries ". What they don't know:
1st, a teacher spends sleepless nights preparing lesson notes and doing research to make sure what he/she gives to his/her learners what is right and just.
2nd, he/she tries to develop technics and methods such that; that learner whom everyone thinks is dull will understand the lesson.
3rd, there you are delivering your lesson as a teacher but that unexpected noise, interference or event will always come up. No one cares how you deal with it. But you are a teacher, it's your DUTY.
4th, after lessons, as you walk, drive or ride home, you keep thinking "How was my lesson today?, where did I go wrong?, how can I improve?" (Self evaluation). Then you will find a Mathematics teacher talking alone along the way or writing on the ground, you could easily see a Chemistry teacher with tubes and chemicals in his bedroom you will think he is crazy, or a Literature teacher walking and singing; I assure you, that is not an ordinary song. They don't do these for themselves, it's for their learners. And these things have caused live threatening accidents to these noble people.
5th, as you the teacher is trying to designe methods, trying to figure out a way, trying to acquire more knowledge to dish out to your learners, A parent somewhere is telling a child "school is not so important, tomorrow we are going to the market". A pastor somewhere is asking fire to come down and install knowledge on a child and that the child should just believe and even without the teacher he/she will make it. Another parent cares less, after all they have paid the fees so their own mission is accomplished, it's left for the teacher to bring knowledge or be crucified. Then there is this group of people who have become the majority of our society; praising people who bully teachers to the admiration of the young learners.
6th, comes the time of learners evaluations now. After you the teacher know you have given your all and your learners are not still up to the standard you expected. If you are not the type of person that sets your standards too high, then your learners may not even be up to the standard others expected. But you the teacher is always the one to be blamed.

For some of us believers, we will say our rewards are in heaven 🙏🏿
