WHAT IS A PROJECT PROPOSAL?
Many times we use these documents interchangeably... (Business Plan and Project Proposal) of which they are quite different from each other. Today, I will explain briefly what a project proposal is, and when to use it.

A Project Proposal is a document which talks about a project you intend to carry out at a given period of time, including the cost of the project and expected outcome with the sole aim of getting investors or sponsors. Usually, we have 2 kinds of project proposals...

1) Invited Proposal: This is when an institution asks interested candidates to submit project proposals. It could be specific to a particular field or general. For example, The Cameroon government may decide to put up a railway construction, and they invite contractors to bring forth proposals for that project.

2) Uninvited Project Proposals: This is just the reverse of the invited proposals. Here, you just write a project and submit it to an investor with the hope that he or she invests in it.
Any of the above types you decide to use depends on the situation, but the aim of a project proposal is for fundraising and it's quite different from a business plan.

Recently, school environments have become sub-Saharan jungles, where students have risen to the helm of the pecking order, forcing teachers to cower in fear. Twenty years ago, teachers possessed unparalleled powers over students, who regarded them as academic gods. Nowadays, due to paradigm shifts in the socio-economic stratosphere, teachers have been degraded to auxiliary members of a child’s academic universe.

The train of thought embodied in this article borders around the constant denigration of teachers by parents, which has been eventually copied by their children. Some parents have placed teachers so low that their children have lost faith in them. Granted, some teachers, by their own doing, have desecrated the sanctity of the profession, and are reaping the thorny fruits of their labour. It is my opinion that if parents treat teachers with respect, their children will follow suit.
Parents let's sharpened our children towards the right path.
Children, respect your parents and guardians, for they are the keys to your success.
