(1) There is a certificate document for legally operating and planting land.

(2) The land is relatively fixed and contiguous, with natural or artificial isolation belts (nets) around it, which meets the land area requirements determined by the local inspection and quarantine agency based on actual conditions.

(3) The air, soil and irrigation water meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and there are no pollution sources that affect the quality and safety of planting materials in and around the plantation field.

Filing conditions
Organizations such as export food production and processing enterprises, plantations, farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations or industry associations with independent legal personality can apply. The plantation applying for the record should meet the following conditions:
