2. Preventive measures for quality problems of nylon webbing
Question 1: bending belt
Causes:
1. Uneven pe*******on of steel buckle;
2. The pan head yarn drawing is uneven;
3. Incorrect position of steel buckle;
4. The yarn connection method is wrong.

Preventive measures:
1. The steel buckle threading method must be in accordance with the normal threading method, one or two groups;
2. Pull off the larger and looser side until it is as flat as the other side or less than 1-5 turns;
3. The distance between the steel buckle and the knitting needle is generally only one empty steel buckle;
4. According to the needs of webbing, it is divided into upper and lower layers to connect, or left and right. Generally, it should be divided into upper and lower layers for connection. If there are more than two methods or lines on a belt, it should be connected separately.

Question 2: having the wave
Causes:
1. Uneven threading of steel buckle, too much yarn on both sides and too little in the middle;
2. The steel buckle is too large and the weft is too tight;
3. The pan head yarn drawing is uneven, the two sides are tight, and the middle is too loose;
4. The yarn connection method is wrong, and the balance of falling pressure is not good.
Preventive measures:
1. Select standard steel buckle and wear it according to 1 group or 2 group;
2. Select the steel buckle to wear according to the width of the webbing;
3. Change the yarn in the middle and on both sides, or pull down the loose yarn in the middle;
4. It shall be connected according to the webbing practice, and the balance pendant shall be pressed evenly according to the number of strips.

Question 3: poor needle edge of webbing
Causes:
1. Uneven weft thickness;
2. The stitch of knitting needle is wrong, too long or too short;
3. The pan head is not normal, sometimes tight and sometimes loose;
4. The weft wheel is not round enough and has been deformed;
5. The needle fixing rod is worn.
Preventive measures:
1. Change another weft;
2. The knitting needle is long or short should be according to the thickness of the webbing. Generally speaking, the length of the knitting needle is just enough to withdraw the weft;
3. Fix both sides of the pan head firmly, and do not let the pan head lean against the iron frames on both sides;
4. New weft wheel;
5. Replace the fixed rod or process it.
