It was taken with an Olympus BX51 microscope with BX-RFA DIC and UPLSAPO objectives, and Canon EOS R7, Acridin stained the Convallaria stem section. Low-resolution results attached (4x and 20x).

Why Do We Need Filters In Microscopy? Microscopy filters act to modify the light within an optical imaging system. This can be for observation purposes or for capturing high-quality images using a detector.
Highly effective fluorescence filter sets are necessary to provide maximum attenuation of excitation light in the detection pathway, in parallel with the successful capture of as many emitted photons as possible.

Do you know what this cell sample is?
In biology, the smallest unit that can live on its own and that makes up all living organisms and the tissues of the body. A cell has three main parts: the cell membrane, the nucleus, and the cytoplasm. I got this tested image from Daniel that was taken with FITC and FISH-Orange merged.
The specification of these two filter sets:
PN30025 FITC:EX:475,EM:530,DM:500;PN30033 FISH-Orange:EX540,
EM590,DM562nm;
Unfortunately, we don't know what this cell's name is, could someone know this?

When your teacher tells you that you have to learn the basics is because you need to learn the basics... not only because you the basics in order to master your skills but also to save money..
These are images of pulmonary cells where the is stained with DAPI, the cytoskeleton with Alexa488, and the mitochondrion with Mitotracker Red. In the first image we see on top the combined channels using filter sets FISH AQUA + Dual band green orange, both illuminated with Vis LED lamp.
The lower one is the same sample but with filter sets DAPI LONGPASS + Dual band green orange and an HBO50w lamp. The results are pretty much the same, the objective is to contrast the nucleus, cytoskeleton, and mitochondrion. Which one do like the most? And which one is the cheapest?

What is the difference between IBS, IAD, and IBAD?
IAD coatings are widely utilized for optical systems designed for the defense industry where multiple laser wavelength devices are required to work together in rugged environments. This is a single-band filter set TexasRed, with wider excitation and emission bandpass windows that allow it to transmit more energy and produce comparatively brighter images. Resulting images also reflect additional red fluorescence signals due to the extension of the emission filter passband to longer wavelengths in the red spectral region—high brightness and high contrast, coated on single-piece transparent glass with low auto-fluorescence.

PN 30027 TRITC (Tetramethylrhodamine-isothiocyanate) is a fluorescent compound with an excitation peak at 544 nm and an emission peak at 570 nm, which is designed to fit in standard filter cubes from the leading microscope brand, suitable for LED light sources.
As the emission band peaks in the orange, the fluorescence correctly appears orange. It is optimized for TRITC, SpectrumOrange, Propidium Iodide (PI), Resorufin, Pro-Q Diamond, Merocyanine 540,mApple, LOLO-1, and ATTO 565.
