>>>2. The optimized design of nano energy-saving heating ring, plus the 95mm screw.
With the L:D ratio 24:1, 40kw full load heating power, energy saving ratio can reach up to 60%. Compared with other common screws in market, the plasticization capacity can be 10-15% higher, and the output can be 20-25% higher! Stable plasticizing speed, stable heating power, prevents PET resin from floating up and down during heating. Making the PET resin mixing more evenly, the chance of bubbles or other problems caused by uneven mixing can be to min level.
