Pilling Tester at the Giftex Apparel office. We use it to determine the abrasion and pilling resistance of all kinds of textile structures. Samples are rubbed against known abrasives at low pressures and in continuously changing directions. The amount of abrasion or pilling is compared against standard parameters.

The Cutting Table - Before fabric cut panels are made, workers at the production factory lay out the fabric yardage. Fabric panels are great because they feature larger-scale images and prints than traditional yardage.

Overlock stitch - Apparel Sourcing
Our seamstresses doing an 'overlock' stitch at the Giftex Apparel factories. The 'overlock stitch' is a combination of a straight stitch and a zigzag. It sews backwards and forwards in a straight line, but between every set of straight stitches, it sews a zigzag.
