Ecool Insulation Membrane Classic Project-SF Express Warehouse in Hangzhou China
Wanwei Logistics Hangzhou Aotian Phase I warehouse is located in Dangshan Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, and is currently leased to SF Express. The warehouse is divided into two warehouse areas, No. 1 and No. 2, with a roof area of nearly 40,000 square meters. The warehouse has a three-story structure, from the top floor on the third floor is 7 meters high. The original roof system is a single-layer metal plate + 75mm glass wool + aluminum foil veneer + steel mesh structure. Due to the high temperatures this summer, temperatures above 40 degrees have occurred many times in the warehouse on the third floor, which has had a great impact on the quality of stored items in the warehouse and the comfort problem for the employees' working condition.
According to customer requirements,Ensi New Materials Technology(Shanghai) Company carried out thermal insulation renovation on the roof of approximately 22,000 square meters of warehouse No. 2. The project have been start construction on July 12, 2023, roll materials have been laid on August 2, and been completed on August 10. It lasted nearly a month. The condition of the roof after renovation can be seen in the picture for parameter comparison.
