Thank you to all of our members for the overwhelming support at the adidas x Z&B Fitness Mega Party this month. Our instructors put in a lot of prep work into the choreography and their teamwork was outstanding. We hope you enjoyed the 75 minutes of pure mega dance and 15 minutes of MYbarre.

Ever wanted to see what it was really like in a Jam class with James? We've got a preview for you as Mike takes you into a session. Jam is a mixture of dance and aerobics moves blended with the latest sounds of hip-hop, funk, and Latin American music. It's a great cardio-dance fusion workout. Apart from making you sweat, fun is another important element in this one-hour class. So be sure to just let go, have fun and not take yourself too seriously. Catch a glimpse below...
