The grille decontamination machine only needs to be composed of
a frame, a driving device, a tooth rake and a transmission rake
tooth chain. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain
rotates against the direction of the water flow. When the rake tooth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the sheave wheel and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of rake teeth, and most of the solid matter falls by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth. According to the water flow direction, the rake chain is similar to the grille, and the rake tooth gap assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the conditions of use. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended matter in the fluid, it can ensure the smooth flow of water. The whole working process is continuous or intermit.

Function
Inflow of the grit/water mixture can be either under pressure or via gravity line. The tangential feed induces a rotary movement in the water which causes the heavier substances such as sand to sink to the apex of the funnel, where they are removed and dewatered via the screw conveyor. The grit is thus rendered substantially free of organic matter. The grit separator effects a continual separation of the grit from the wastewater flow while reducing the organic portion of the solids and dewatering the grit.

Screw press— LYZ screw press is a supporting equipment for the sewage retaining grid, which is composed of feed hopper, press auger, screw pipe, slag discharge pipe and drive device. The grid slag or filter residue after filtration from the grid enters the spiral pipe from the feed hopper and is squeezed and dehydrated under the action of the pressing screw. The water permeable filter that is extruded from the material is collected into the water basin and discharged by the drainage pipe, and the material is compressed and discharged through the slag discharge pipe, which can greatly reduce the weight and volume of debris such as slag. The screw press is composed of drainage area, feeding area, screw conveying area and discharging area. The slag enters the material area, and after compaction in the compaction area by the screw press, the slag is discharged, and the waste liquid flows into the water collection pipe from the grid.
