Disney's new short film "Reflect" promotes body positivity and a healthy self-image. A ballet dancer, Bianca, battles her own reflection, overcoming doubt and fear by channelling her inner strength, grace and power.

Students attending Private Classes typically opt to either do a specific class/choreography of their choosing or take a long-term approach whereby they set some goals. I will personally craft together a customised training plan.

Classes are planned based on a strict 60min duration so that it is easy for you to plan your life around. For students with the time available after the class, I encourage you to stay for a stretch and a chat, allowing you the time to ask any questions you may have.
