The BJSF series single machine permanent magnet variable frequency energy-saving tunnel fan adopts European imported aviation aluminum alloy impeller, equipped with permanent magnet variable frequency energy-saving motor, and each fan meets the first level of energy efficiency. The reliable structural design and modular design concept can achieve long-distance ventilation with high flow rate and ultra-high pressure, with significant energy-saving effects. After on-site practical testing, the fan flow rate can be accurately adjusted between 1% and 100%, with a steady-state accuracy of 1%. The modular output power makes the fan's electricity consumption more accurate. At the same time, the modular design concept eliminates the need to install relay fans to ensure ventilation during tunnel construction after detailed calculation of tunnel ventilation requirements. After quenching, the impeller undergoes X-ray inspection treatment, and its impact strength reaches level 8. It is durable, corrosion-resistant, and has a longer service life. The impeller is precisely calibrated and tested by a dynamic balancing machine, with a control weight of less than 2q and a vibration value controlled below 0.015mm/s. The fan operates relatively smoothly, using advanced blade fan technology from aircraft turbine engines. The fan has undergone overall optimization design, and the turbocharging technology is leading domestically. Its characteristics are: large air volume, low noise, and long air supply distance. Fan noise reduction cotton material: High frequency fiberglass noise reduction cotton, making the fan noise lower and meeting domestic and international noise detection requirements. Motor: A rare earth permanent magnet three-phase asynchronous motor with dedicated variable frequency speed regulation for fans, equipped with SKF bearings. Testing method: The fan performance testing platform conducts strict performance testing on each fan. Variable frequency starting cabinet: The fan can achieve remote functions through a mobile app, real-time observation of the fan's operating status, adjustment of fan frequency, and other functions.
