The equipment exhausts the air in the modules by vacuumizing, then heats to melt the adhesive film, and finally pressurizes the cells, glass and the adhesive film together. The lamination equipment used in HY SOLAR production line can be linked by three cavities, which can greatly improve the module yield and cleanliness compared with the traditional single-cavity or double-cavity equipment. ✅Automatic #JunctionBox Welding In this process, the wiring terminal of the junction box shall be connected with the module outgoing line (bus bar) and the connector by welding. On June 30, the first batch of N-type TOPCon cell successfully rolled off the production line of HY SOLAR Xuzhou Base. The mass production efficiency of HY SOLAR TOPCon cell can reach 25.6%, with the anti-PID degradation within 2%(PID192h), and the yield can reach 98%, leading the industry. 📣2023 SNEC HY SOLAR Booth Tour: From silicon materials to 670W modules Starting from metallurgical-grade silicon all the way up to wafers, cells and modules, HY Solar takes a vertically integrated approach to manufacturing. Winnie Wen, vice general manager, introduces its range including new tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) cells which will go into production in July. HY Solar has 75GW annual wafer production capacity, which Winnie Wen says places it comfortably in the top five of manufacturers.
