The training covers the theory and practice of gearboxes of Dozers D170, D260 and D360. The 10th Asian Winter Games will be held in 2029 in the new futuristic city of Trujana, Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia, creating a precedent for the first time that West Asia will host the event.XCMG Road GR215 graders and XS203 rollers have been involved in the project construction work.
The two XCMG road machines are mainly involved in the land leveling and compaction of the ski resort site, and they are recognized by the contractor for their excellent stability and adaptability to the environment. It has been 12 years since I joined XCMG in 2012. During these years, I have been engaged in product development and product sales. To exercise myself further, I took the initiative to join the International Business Center in March last year, Responsible for the promotion and sales of products in South America.

South America is in the southern hemisphere, and the time difference with China is up to ten hours. As the largest country in South America has rich mineral resources, there is a great demand for mining equipment procurement here. Vale is the third largest iron ore group in the world and the first one in Brazil, which occupies a pivotal position in Brazilian minerals. We have 5 sets of GR3505 mining graders distributed in 3 mining areas here.

Although I felt unfamiliar when I first set foot on this land, I immediately adjusted my state and overcame the difficulties to devote myself to my work. The safety awareness in the mines was extremely high, and at first, we could only stand on the side and give instructions. Later, through training and learning we got our operating licence. In the meantime, we tried to overcome the language barrier. We have perfectly solved various quality problems, such as insensitive operating handles, malfunctioning transmission sensors, etc. And with our patient guidance, we also helped them to standardize the operation process. At the same time, we patiently guided and helped them to standardize the operation process.

We have completed the task brilliantly in the past few months. And as of December last year, the longest-used one has exceeded 4,000 hours. The reliability of the product won the full affirmation of Vale's leadership. In the end, Vale decided to purchase 8 sets of GR3505 and 3 sets of GR5505 mining graders directly from XCMG instead of bidding. He said that XCMG's products and services are great, and will strengthen the cooperation with XCMG in the future.

South America is a sparsely populated region, and road transport is an important way of transferring materials. Therefore, the construction level of the road and the stability of the construction equipment also put forward higher requirements. I drove to visit dealers many times to train them on product knowledge. I also follow customers to visit actual sites and recommend complete sets of products and equipment. Gradually dealers became familiar with the features of our products and began to order small quantities. With the excellent market performance of the equipment, the products were sold out very quickly. I in turn provided them with a breakdown of common maintenance for their equipment and sifted through the spare parts list with them. Solving after-market problems for them. Eventually in 2023, the oil surface equipment breakthrough sales of 229 units of equipment, the combined sales of spare parts amounted to more than 500,000 RMB. Behind the figures, the deeper significance is that for the first time in the South American region, the sale of complete sets of road products has been truly realized, and XCMG's products have won the recognition of the local people!

In North Macedonia, Many XCMG road machineries are working on a highway project. The project is mostly built on slope mountains, XCMG road machinery is favored by customers for its comfortable operation, excellent gradability, and efficient working performance.
At the beginning of the work, the XCMG engineer made a detailed training plan for different habits and products. provide excellent performance and reliable after-sales service experience. XCMG solid to succeed, always trustworthy.

Recently, more than 100 people from the International Business Division came to XCMG Road for product visits and training！ They learned the knowledge of complete sets of road products, exchanged the application cases of construction technology, improved their skills, and continued to provide customers with high-quality services and construction solutions.

RP305 Paver is a kind of mini-type crawler paver with working width of 0.5~3.2m. Compact machine structure offers flexible application. Recently, in the underground parking lot of the SAW Airport commercial project in Turkey, the paver RP305 demonstrated its unique construction charm on its first trial. Successfully paving 700 square meters, 10 cm thickness of road surface, perfectly presenting the unique Turkish machinery application scene! In the second trial, the RP305 paver once again demonstrated its excellent performance in the half-width renovation of a 1-kilometre-long dilapidated road!

The high quality and outstanding performance of our machinery received accolades from customers, underlining the strong market position of our Australian subsidiary and the competitive edge of our road machinery products internationally.

During the focused discussions in the conference room, both parties explored the potential for kitbashing and identified the key models for the Australian market. These engaging and comprehensive exchanges underscored XCMG road machinery's commitment to expanding its presence in overseas markets, showcasing our resolve to excel globally.

My name is Liu He, I am an overseas service manager of XCMG Road Construction Company. In October 2022, I joined the International Business Center and became a service engineer. My motto is "to go through thick and thin, to go forward". I have been abroad for 548 days in two years, and I have accomplished all the tasks of overseas service with great excellence.
Wholehearted service, caring Miles
In August 2023, to improve the overseas service brand and customer satisfaction, and enhance customers' trust and recognition of the enterprise, more than 70 sets of GR3005 mining graders in 19 mines were visited for the high-end customers of mining graders in Indonesia. Through the equipment maintenance training, operation training, on-site inspection to solve the faults, etc., to enhance the maintenance skills of local technicians, won the customer's praise. Over the past two years, my team and I have been tracking the use of the equipment and communicating with customers about the adaptability of the equipment to the working conditions. We pass the most real equipment use data to the company, so that the mining grader takes root in this land of Indonesia.
Across 10,000 miles, just to meet you
In December 2023, just after the plane landed, the incessant vibration of my cell phone caught my attention. I opened it and saw that it was a call from the maintenance manager of the MHU mine of the FMC project. Although I didn't know much Indonesian, I tried to communicate with him in simple Indonesian as I heard that the other party spoke in a very urgent tone. I learned that there was a mining grader in the mine that did not run, and there was a fault code flashing on the display but the number kept changing. It was already past 8:00 pm and it took 7 hours to rent a car to get to the mine. But to ensure the attendance of the equipment in the mine, I went straight to the mine after picking up my luggage at the airport. After 7 hours of driving, it was already around 4 am when I arrived at the mine. I turned on the light that came with my cell phone and started troubleshooting.
We started by checking the display for fault codes, which showed a transmission fault. So I found the ground wire from the controller of the gearbox and tried to connect an external ground wire to the frame. But the fault still exists, at this time there is a new change in the display, stopping state but the display shows 80KM / H, so I went to find the speed sensor. First measure the speed sensor for damage, the measurement result is normal. Then I used a multimeter to measure whether the wire from the controller to the over-plug was connected, and the measurement was through. So I decided it was a bad contact between the RPM sensor harness and the over-plug. So I will sensor harness and over-plug re-plugged fix with rolling tape, and check the display, the display fault code is eliminated and the display has returned to normal 0KM / H km.
Ignition start test drives forward and the reverse was normal, at this point the problem was solved. When I looked up into the distance red haze, at the time the cell phone showed 7:00 in the morning. Although the night did not sleep, but solved the customer downtime problem, and I was very happy. The customer gave a thumbs up and I won the respect of the customer.
The FMC project is a very important project for us in Indonesia. We have to ensure more than 90% attendance of the equipment every month, which is equivalent to the equipment needs to reach at least 15-20 hours per day. This is not only a test of our overseas service, but also a race against time. In the past two years, with the cooperation of my team and me, the equipment's monthly attendance rate has reached more than 95%, which has won the local customers' great trust in the XCMG brand!

My name is Han Shuang, an overseas service manager of XCMG Road, I love my position, and I am honored to dedicate myself to the world of XCMG.
With the pace of the beginning of a new year, I stepped into a new journey, in February 2023 with awe and longing, stepped into the African continent's first station - Tanzania, opened my African journey. As a product overseas service engineer, I am well aware that I shoulder the heavy responsibility of safeguarding the aftermarket, and I spare no effort to accomplish every task in my work, and even the smallest effort, multiplied by 365 is obvious. In the year 2023, traveled 365 consecutive days to visit 6 countries, service more than a hundred units of equipment, agents, and customer training in various countries to teach by word and example, to do their best.
Because of the love, we are ready to fight and move forward.
In May 2023, when I received feedback from the user of the Tanzania dam project that the cold regenerator could not change the gear, I immediately rushed to the site by car, and it was getting dark when I arrived at the site. But in order not to affect the customer's construction the next day, I immediately began troubleshooting, according to the principle of equipment control ideas, one by one the control circuit, air circuit, and structural components. It was getting dark quickly, and many large beasts can be found at night in the interior of a nature reserve. However, thinking that the client was in a hurry and could not affect the next day's construction, I asked the passenger side of the two doors to open, and another person to observe the surrounding environment in case of emergencies. In this tense environment, I methodically carried out the investigation. I soon found the cause of the problem and successfully repaired it. The customer was able to work normally the next day, and when I saw the satisfied face of the customer, I felt very worthy and proud.
For taking charge and riding the waves.
Ghana is a country with a tropical climate near the sea. Sweating like rain and working all night long, we demonstrated XCMG's commitment and responsibility. When we received feedback from a user that the engine of a road roller was faulty and could not be started, the agent and I immediately went there. We drove for more than six hours to the scene, and after understanding the situation, I immediately started to check the fault alarm and checked all the places that could lead to the problem. In the process of troubleshooting found that there was a pin deformation, and the plug was plugged into the wrong situation. After understanding the situation, I realized that the operator had disassembled and unplugged the electrical equipment without informing me. This undoubtedly added a certain degree of difficulty to the troubleshooting, but I still patiently and carefully checked, and finally, the operator installed the wrong as well as rubbing the broken pins completely repaired. At this time we are also in a much more relaxed mood, although the process is tortuous we have successfully solved the problem. We rushed to the deserted site to get to the landing point which was almost three o'clock in the morning, although very late and very tired, our mood was very relaxed.
Because of faith, we climbed the peak.
In a country where Chinese people are treated "differently", the DRC is dotted with large and small metal mines. An XCMG mining grader customer contacted us saying that their equipment had a fault. Although the equipment was out of warranty, we would still provide attentive service, which is XCMG's vigor. We quickly arrived at the customer's site, and the customer didn't expect us to pay so much attention and act immediately. After the customer introduced the general situation of the equipment, we carried out a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and repaired the hidden dangers one by one under the premise of complying with their safety management requirements.
After continuous efforts, we were able to restore the use of two pieces of equipment. When checking the other two pieces of equipment, because some parts of the equipment were dismantled and lost by the customer's repairman and could not be repaired immediately, we immediately assisted the customer in purchasing the missing spare parts of the equipment, and at the same time, we organized the details of the missing spare parts. Our dedication was highly praised by the customer, who said with satisfaction, "With such a responsible team as yours, I am one hundred percent assured of XCMG's equipment." After that, we made a comprehensive visit to all the mining equipment in this area and solved the problems encountered by the customer.
Staying true to the beginning because of a dream
My work experience overseas has taught me the importance of timely and efficient work. I know well that I have to keep my original intention and make progress in my work. I always dedicate myself to a dream, the XCMG of the world. In each case, I will repeatedly think about the handling of faults carefully study its working principle, and gradually have a deeper understanding of the equipment. For equipment and product types I am not familiar with, I first start learning from theoretical knowledge, and then research and analyze according to the actual equipment. By repeating this learning process many times, I gradually gained a deeper understanding of new products.
When working overseas, language is also one of the most important knowledge. When I first arrived in Africa, I didn't dare to communicate with the locals and simply greeted them. But in the subsequent work, I gradually realized that not being able to communicate effectively had a great impact on the efficiency of work, and from then on I made up my mind to learn the language. I started to look for local employees to chat with and talk about whatever I could. I used my cell phone to translate what I didn't know, then memorized it and gave it to them in person. In the laughter of exchanges, I gradually went from being able to understand the meaning to being able to communicate simply. Whether it is professional knowledge or language, I will not stop seeking knowledge. For my dream, I will stick to my original intention and move forward.
