36oz ribeye sous vide to 110 degrees for 2 hours... Roasted garlic in Olive oil.. then seared the steak in the roasted garlic infused olive oil. Basted in butter. Served with broiled asparagus.

Southwest style frittata. Simple bfast sausage with chayote squash, jalapeños, onion, zucchini, monterey jack cheese and tomato, fresh salsa and cilantro on top. Stove top cooked then to a broiler for the finish.

My take on a wood fired Peruvian chicken. It has garlic, aji Amarillo pepper paste, lime, ginger, Manuka honey, and Quince gin. The Brussel sprouts were added and cooked in the peruvian sauce and chicken fat.
