We're seeking a Mid-Level Backend Engineer who's not just proficient in coding but is driven by the desire to take on challenges and contribute to our dynamic team's growth.

What Are We Looking For?

At least 3 years of proven experience as a backend developer.
Strong work ethic, understanding of scalable app development, and ability to own substantial projects.

Technical Skills:

While we don't have strict technology requirements, the following skills and experiences will be beneficial:
Proficiency in Python, Nodejs, Airflow, Redis, Datadog, React, Sass, Zuzstand, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, GraphQL, Dask, Dagster, Hadoop.
Experience in CI/CD (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub actions) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to take on challenges.
Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for significant projects.

Cultural Fit:

Adaptable to a collaborative, fast-paced small company environment.
A team player capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

Full-time position.

Good command of English required; Spanish is a plus.

Time zone compatibility with the Americas.
