FUSIONADOR DE LA SAVIA, EL OXIDO Y EL VIENTO
Tronco olvidado. Sin tiempo. Cercano al óxido, a la ceniza, a la tierra.
Perdió el momento en que fue vida, frente al sol. Ahora inicia la senda silente del retorno a la tierra, horizontal, de desgaste y olvido. Non se resigna del todo a reintegrarse a ciclo de perpetuación de la vida, pues sospecha que no seremos capaces de reconocerlo en la nueva savia. Lejano y olvidado tronco horizontal, su destino lo acecha implacable bajo el sol. Algunos, solo algunos, se encuentran con Tony Jiménez, y todo cambia. Vislumbran un nuevo camino y su savia petrificada se transmuta en las manos del escultor en mujer de tierra y viento, donde el llamado del óxido-tierra brota en cabellera metálica, instrumento idóneo para recibir los vientos que acarician el volcán Miravalles. Las obras son como brotes prematuros, se puede decir que esos troncos no tuvieron la paciencia de desintegrarse para volver a formar parte de la vida. En cambio se aferran cual árbol –ave –fénix a un nuevo encuentro con el espacio, a una nueva visibilidad y una nueva manera de sentirse entre los hombres. Todo en complicidad con el escultor. Sí, esos troncos inertes nos iluminan en ese sendero de transmutación, y nos recuerdan, tristemente, que no tenemos la misma opción, nuestra materialidad no cuenta con una mano que nos transmute a un estado diferente, y que talvez nuestro destino es irremediablemente servir de cimiento a una nueva savia.
Quizá Tony, desea que lo reencuentren, hasta el final de los tiempos, en esa nueva savia.
