I remember this moment like if it was yesterday.

Getting everything ready for the first Henna Night of my life, all excited and anxious but incredibly happy; it was also the first time I came to Guanacaste to work, I would've never imagined how this was going to evolve and push me to grow.

If someone would've told me I was going to be doing this for a living in Paradise (yeah, this is Paradise) I would've probably not believe a single word, not at that moment.

I started with this path in 2017 and my mentor invited me to live this amazing experience with her. We've shared so many magical moments thanks to the love we both feel for this beautiful art, I cannot put into words how grateful I am. Gracias Vero! 💙

Life keeps changing and shaping me in ways I may not fully understand now but I'm confident that wherever life leads me, I'll always be protected.

I had the chance to meet Gaia at a beautiful Healing and Arts day at last Sunday, the way she sees things is just different, says very little but her eyes express everything; she appreciated every step of her mehndi, chose it herself and was determined to have a flower in it; seeing her walk around town proudly showing her arm was just refreshing. 🥰

I keep on thanking life for giving me those precious moments of learning from others every day.
