Are you being mindful when you sit at the table to eat??
Or do you eat while working at your desk?
If so, try the following to improve digestion ๐ค
๐ฅ Eat slowly while savoring each bit!
๐ฅ Chew your bite until it becomes the consistency of baby food, remember your stomach has NO teeth ๐
๐ฅ Keep your cell phone or laptop away & switch off the TV!
๐ฅ Eat with a loved one & keep stressful conversations away from dining table!
๐ฅ Give thanks for your food!
๐ฅ Focus on hunger & fullness cues..
๐ฅ Do not drink water while eating as it will dilute the digestive juices, drink before or later after half hour once you finish eating.

This is why I see this new year differently! (I would love you to share your thoughts with me on this)
I have started seeing & perceiving life and related things very differently lately. I am attributing this to the many valuable experiences in the past few years that led me to the expansion & evolution of me as a person, professional & spiritual being. Nothing seems too important at times๐other than just being in the now.
Although every new year gives us an external opportunity or inspiration to make long standing changes to our life through definite goals, itโs important to see every day as a start to a new year or life!
Some of the things that I learned profoundly to remind ourselves every single morning is to โLove ourselves moreโ & ask this question to self โhow can I love myself a bit more today?โ
Because every answer or solution to all what we face is love. Loving others or the world itself starts with loving self.
When I say loving self โ โLoving the WHOLE of you, not just the human self, but understanding the divine part of youโ. So, this means that how much more I can practice or remind myself to be more of my divine self & beat the ego part of me!
This means that how I conduct myself today from the point of love towards me and others, this includes taking care of my health, prioritizing sleep, hydration, movement, meditation & even more spending more time internally with who you are & leave everyone to lead their life the way they want.
I do believe small steps leads to big transformations, so itโs important to be very kind to self without judgment and self criticism.
Embrace every day as an opportunity for growth!
It's time to prioritize yourself, your health and make those healthy & spiritual practices a part of your daily routine.
Start today as thatโs all you have now.
