Wow, today I had an Awakening Coaching Session where my client “discovered” and REALized the difference between “human love” and TRUE LOVE. 🥰

We went together through her attachment or dependent love with her son who she was afraid to lose, ...
.. and little by little we brought Light-Awareness to her experience, tight or closed heart, heaviness... where we found her need for the love from her son…
.. we compassionately embraced all these layers of “separation” and finally encounter a Fully OPEN HEART where she could experience LOVING her son FREELY.

So, instead of having her son as her source of love, she discovered the Source of LOVE that she is, inside herself and now she can, as she said, “love her son freely” and truly support her son in his journey. 😇🙏😇

Wow, I feel so happy about my work and the Gift I have, to give my hand or guidance to my clients to release limitations so they can embody and experience, here on Earth, the TRUE LOVE that we are.

After completing 2023... Starting our NEW 2024 with True Desires… what do you truly desire?

Here is my list:
I desire expansion in the embodiment and experience of Well Being-Truth.
Expansion in my capacity to LOVE myself, everyone and everything.
Expansion in my capacity to allow enjoyment in my life.
Expansion in my capacity to Be Present in the Here and Now, more and more often.
Expansion in continuing deepening our connection with my partner.
Expansion in Being the Conscious Creator of my experiences and life.
Expansion in Worthiness to receive all my True-Soul Desires.
Expansion in my capacity to be, see and appreciate beauty.
Expansion in enjoying my body playing pickleball, swimming and walking with Doggy.
Expansion in my financial abundance.
Expansion in allowing a new car, new Guest House and the manifestation or our new IP 485 to sail around the world.
Expansion in KNOWING that I AM ALL POSSIBILITIES!
Omgosh… at the end expansion of more and more of all the GO-oD that we are!

Feeling the end of the year? Yes, I am feeling it … and pondering about it … 🤔
I realized that any COMPLETION, from the completion of a day, a project, a relationship, a year, etc. can be filled with APPRECIATION for the experiences we had during that period of time.

In the past I experienced completions as endings, something to miss, or for example when I needed an excuse or a "fight" to complete a relationship...

Today, I enjoy the “New Consciousness" of LOVE, WHOLENESS, FREEDOM, ALL IS WELL, etc. that I AM and we all are. From here I can COMPLETE anything in PEACE and APPRECIATION for the experiences I had, especially when I know that everything is happening for me and not to me... plus, I can feel the propeller towards a “new beginning” that a completion contains…

I love to expand more and more into this new level of consciousness. And you?

So today, ending a powerful 2023 where I had many apparent obstacles that became amazing gifts in my Awakening Journey, I say a joyful THANK YOU to this past year!

I appreciate the expansion I experienced as BEING LOVE, JOY, ABUNDANT, WORTHY, PRESENT, I appreciate the expansion I experience in having FUN, with Arne, Doggy, friends, family and even with my amazing Awakening Coaching Clients… so, so GOOD!

So, here I am COMPLETING our 2023 in full APPRECIATION for the expansion of my BEING and ready to open the doors to a New, WONDERFUL YEAR! 🥰

Oh... I love my whiteboard! 🥰
How powerful it is to KNOW that at every moment we can CHOOSE what we want to THINK or FOCU on.

Not only that, we also KNOW that we CREATE our lives through our THINKING which creates how we FEEL which creates our VIBRATION, PERCEPTION, EXPERIENCES and CREATIONS.

Amazing, right? and yes, we are all MASTERING this level of Consciousness!

One fun and wonderful tool I play with every morning is my "Whiteboard."
When I wake up, I take several deep loving breaths, I acknowledge the “coming into my physical body” feeling it for a moment and then I PLAY IMAGINING a whiteboard where I can write-think anything I want. So, I choose my thoughts, and I also choose to write-imagine my ideal day.
For example:
ALL IS WELL
I LOVE MYSELF and MY LIFE
EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME
I ENJOY the BEAUTY that surrounds me, NATURE, MY BEAUTIFUL HOME, ALL THE COMFORT I EXPERIENCE
I LOVE TO LOVE MY PARTNER, MY DOG, HOW WE PLAY and ENJOY TOGETHER
…..
Then I focus on my ideal day, which it can be where I am or any other place. Lately I enjoy imagining sailing with Arne in our amazing IP 485 “Flow”. So, I wake up naturally, do my little ceremony on enjoying my body, choosing my thoughts, then I go out and feel our surroundings, I prepare our breakfast, enjoy it and then we go explore with our zodiac, swim, play… then we prepare some lunch, I read my favorite book or work a little at the computer, enjoy a wonderful afternoon, more swim and then shower and getting ready for a nice dinner at a near beautiful restaurant, enjoying the food, the service, our conversations, and the stars in our coming back to our boat 😊 I end my day with a loving hug with my partner in full appreciation for each other and our lives. ALL IS WELL!
Oh…. That FEELS GOOD, don’t you think? 🥰 Well, try, play with it and let me know, ok?

I can't imagine God or Source- True Nature being limited or in scarcity or poor, can you?

KNOWING that I am an extension of Source I can only surrender, accept and enjoy the inevitable expansion/prosperity of the infinite, unlimited ALL THAT IS.

Now, accept that and imagine allowing yourself to flourish/expand:
* Spiritually, experiencing higher levels of consciousness, such as Openness, Eternity, Infinite True Love, True Creativity…
* Mentally with new uplifting thoughts, mindset, in alignment with Truth, Love, Beauty, Peace, Abundance, Ease, All Possibilities, ....
* Emotionally experiencing the emotions of love, joy, peace, compassion, trust, confidence...

I always knew that self love was important and even vital for our Awakening and Realization of our True Nature.

Yesterday I had an "Intimate Connection" with my partner where, inspired by The Council, I realized that the love I feel for myself is the love I can feel for my partner.

I pondered on “The more I am with my partner the more things I find to love myself for” …. hmmm…. Interesting… 🤔🤔🤔

Until now when with my partner, I was focusing on loving him, which I feel very often, and I love it, but I never realized that that love that I feel for him is an extension of the love that I am and that I feel for myself.

From this perspective, it is almost like inevitable, natural to "extend" that love, it is not any more me focusing on loving him is more like me BEING the love that I AM, that I feel for myself and him at the same time.

It was an amazing experience-realization. We were both feeling our hearts fully open, feeling joy, love, fun, laughing.... such a good time!

I love myself and because that I can love you all! 😇💖😇

I am just who I AM, LOVE, JOY, BEAUTY, ONENESS, FREEDOM... all in the moment, in the now, now, now... 😇💖😇
