Mogu ga vežbati svi, bez obzira na godine, snagu, kondiciju i pol, u svako doba i na svakom mestu, individualno ili u grupi. Tai Chi Chuan je drevna kineska borilacka vestina bazirana na harmoniji i jedinstvu duha, energije i tela. To je ziva i aktivna vestina koja laganim i jednostavnim pokretima balansira i aktivira celo telo. Mogu ga vezbati svi, bez obzira na godine, snagu, kondiciju i pol, u
svako doba i na svakom mestu, individualno ili u grupi, a za to nije potrebna nikakva posebna oprema ili prostor. Svako ima telo koje se moze jos vise uvezbati, dobro zdravlje koje se treba odrzavati, ili bolesti koje se Tai Chijem mogu leciti. Kao i priroda, i covek bi trebalo da je stalno u pokretu, laganom i fluidnom, a ne agresivnom i punim kontrakcije, sto je danas najcesce kod vecine ljudi. Tai Chi je pravi metod za takvu fizicku aktivnost. Nastao je u Kini, kao produkt kineskog shvatanja zivota, njihove aktivne i zive prirode, u jedinstvu i harmoniji sa svim silama i zakonima pirode. Postoji par najrasprostranjenijih stilova: Cen, Jang, Sun...i svi oni poducavaju istim stvarima:
laganim, fluidnim i prirodnim pokretima, sinhronizovanim sa prirodnim disanjem. U laganim i relaksiranim pokretima Tai Chi Chuana pokrecu se na prirodan nacin svi misici, zglobovi i tetive, unutrasnji organi, putevi krvi i vitalne energije (akupunkturni meridijani), cela ljudska koza sa stotinama energetskih tacaka. Rezultat pravilnog vezbanja Tai Chi Chuana je opsta relaksacija uma i tela. Ova vestina pozitivno deluje na kosti i zglobove, na funkcije i pokretljivost tetiva i misica, pomaze da krv i hranljivi sastojci stignu u svaki delic tako relaksiranog tela, regulise funkcije nervnog sistema, otklanja stres, dovodi u ravnotezu funkcije unutrasnjih organa, metabolizma...
U danasnje vreme, prepuno stresnih situacija i sa sve vise teskih i "neizlecivih" bolesti, vlada sve vece interesovanje za Tai Chi Chuan pa mnogi svetski instituti i medicinske ustanove ispituju delotvornost ovih vezbi na ljudsko zdravlje. Upotreba ovih vezbi je prakticno neogranicena. Mogu se koristiti kao preventiva, kao pomoc u lecenju vec postojecih bolesti, u korekciji mnogih problema kao sto su lose drzanje tela, slabo i nepravilno disanje, razni problemi zavisnosti, neaktivnost uma i tela (slaba vitalnost), raznih emocionalnih i psihickih problema...
Tai Chi Chuan na Balkanu pocinje da se vezba krajem '70-ih, a doneo ga je gospodin Mario Topolsek. Prvi klub se otvara u to vreme na Vracaru, i od tada se prosirio na ceo Beograd i celu bivsu Jugoslaviju. Vezbalo se i za vreme svih sankcija i ratova, klub je nekako opstajao i vremenom se sve vise i vise razvijao. Danas se samo u Beogradu vezba na nekoliko mesta i u jos par gradova u Srbiji. Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art based on harmony and unity of spirit, energy and body. It is a vibrant and active art that balances and activates the whole body with it’s slow and simple movements. It is available to virtually anyone, regardless of one’s age, strength, fitness and gender. You can practise it individually or in a group and you do not need any special equipment or place. Each of us has a body that still needs some training, good health that needs preserving or illnesses that need healing. Just like nature, man should be constantly in motion, motion that is light and fluid, not aggressive and full of contraction which is the common state of most people nowadays. Tai Chi Chuan is a good method for a proper physical activity. It originated in China, as a product of the Chinese conception of life, their active and vigorous nature in unity and harmony with all the powers and laws of nature. There are a few styles which are the most widespread: Chen, Jang, Sun ... and they all teach the same things:
light, fluid and natural movements, synchronized with the natural breathing. Slow and relaxed movements of Tai Chi Chuan naturally activate all the muscles, joints and tendons, internal organs, blood vessels and vital energy flows (meridians), the whole human skin with hundreds of energy points. The result of regularly practising Tai Chi Chuan is a general relaxation of mind and body. This skill has positive effects on bones and joints, the function and mobility of tendons and muscles, helps blood and nutrients reach every bit of body, regulates functions of the nervous system, eliminates stress, leads to balanced functioning of internal organs, balance of metabolism...
Today, while we are surrounded with lots of stressful situations and growing number of serious and "incurable" diseases, there is a growing interest in Tai Chi Chuan and many international institutes and medical institutions examine the effects of these exercises on human health. The use of these exercises is virtually unlimited. They can be used as a prevention, as well as an aid in the treatment of already existing disease. They can correct many problems such as poor posture, weak and irregular breathing, various problems of addiction, mind and body numbness (low vitality), various emotional and psychological problems...
Tai Chi Chuan was introduced to the Balkans at the end of the 70's by Mr. The first club was established in Vracar, and has since spread to the whole of Belgrade and the entire former Yugoslavia. People did not stop practising it even at the time of sanctions and wars. The club somehow survived and eventually it grew bigger and bigger. Today, there are several training places in Belgrade and a few towns in Serbia.
