Cuba kicks off clinical trials next week of a potential coronavirus vaccine called Soberana01 (Sovereign01) developed by its state-run Finlay Institute.
It will be tested during a phase I and II trial involving 676 adults between 19 and 80 years old.
The results will not be published until February 2021.

13 of 15 Cuban provinces are in gradual post- COVID19 opening.
Havana due to follow in 2 weeks if indicators permit:
Low incidence, transmission rates, active cases and new cases with local transmission.
Cuba has just 115 active cases now.
