We all have a responsibility not to pass on traumas to the next generation. In many ways we all know this and actively commit to "doing things better' than our parents and grand parents. For example its not acceptable to smack your kids any more, where as, in the past it was expected you smack them!!. (Lets not get too into this now)
The point is we can evolve, and change these behavioral patterns.
More often than not ancestral patterns can be identified as 'any ongoing family issue'.
By examining the emotions and how the issue has manifested into today's reality we can access the Akashic records and begin to heal.
This happens by transforming and clearing the energy binding us to the experiences we have endured.
We heal the "ancestral time line" (future and past,) and often access past lives in order to do this.
