Skin Care tips, Part 2:

1. Do not start using many new products at once. If you have sensitivity to a particular ingredient, you won’t be able to tell which product it is. Use 1-2 new products together for a few weeks before introducing another one.

2. Do not try new procedures/products (eg. Chemical peel) a few days before your big day. Your skin may not react pleasantly to it, so it will need time to recover

3. Adequate sleep. No amount of products can make your skin look flawless if you are not getting enough sleep consistently.
