🥂 Platanin: Morokanella 100% 2020🍇 spontaneous vinification, 50% remains in stainless steal tanks for about 10 days in must with the grape skins in order to extract aromas that finally blended with the rest 50% of grape must, 9 months on the lees, 18 months in the bottle. ✨EXTRA TIP: Platanin is an asteroid that according to mythology, only those who haf pure heart could see it .✨
🥂Nature's Vengeance: Morokanella orange 100% 2022🍇 spontaneous vinification, remains in stainless steal tanks for 45 days in must with the grape skins in order to extract aromas and body, 5 months on the lees👌😯💯
🍷Wine Freak: Maratheftiko whole bunch 100% 2022🍇 matured in ex-xynisteri barrels.
🍷Koumna: Mavro 100% 2020🍇for those who don't know what koumna is here's the answer!! It's a type of traditional Cypriot small pottery. Spontaneous and traditional vinification and maturation.

💚While visiting .winery one thing that stayed in my mind and really made a difference was THE PEOPLE OF THE WINERY🙏👏

First of all, everybody welcomed me as if I was part of their family. It is so important to me to feel so welcome. 💕

👉Each and every person I met was knowledgeable , had a sincere love for the land, respect for the vineyards and a lot of enthusiasm for their projects.

It was remarkable to visit this winery, and to be honest I will never forget my first solo harvest experience. 💯💯💯

What makes it more special, was that we harvested one of the king treasures, Yiannoudi🍇, a rare Cypriot indigenous grape variety, that we must appreciate and be very proud of.
