Exciting update! 🎉🤩 We're thrilled to announce a new collaboration between Vinologie and Gialeli Winery, the newest member of our family. Gialeli's bold aesthetic is crafted from exclusive local grape varieties, each chosen for their exceptional character. This unique "sense of place" was born on the south-west facing slopes of Kathika in Paphos, and we're excited to share it with you!

The Millésime Rare is an absolutely delicious Champagne, and a wonderful example of the quality of the 2008 vintage. Made up of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, all grapes for the wine were sourced from Grand Cru villages. Initially delicate on the nose, it opens up in the glass to show aromas of sweet peach, dried flowers, almonds and white pepper. The palate is ripe with a rich mousse; it’s zesty and refreshing, with hints of pineapple, blood orange, liquorice and freshly-baked pastries.

Jean-Paul et Benoît Droin is one of the oldest domaines in Chablis, dating back to at least the 1600s. Benoît Droin is the talented winemaker at the helm, and his consistently excellent whites are gaining greater recognition with each vintage. It was his father who put the estate on the quality map, a reputation that Benoît is more than continuing.

Who follows Baladin knows that Teo Musso wants to share a common philosophy through his beers. There are four main themes on which this path develops: Beer, Earth, Energy, and Ideas.

For Teo Musso, beer is passion, an intense love for taste and certainly a form of expression. Through his recipes, he has communicated special moments in his life, sides of his being and his constant search for the perfect sensory balance. Isaac and Wayan tell of the birth of his children, while Nora tells a love story and memories of spices discovered in his journeys through Morocco. The more recent Nazionale expresses the commitment to working in direct contact with the Earth and the desire to be Italian.

Sophisticated, fine and clean, some of these wines can be freshly consumed (whites/roses/light reds), others though can age in the bottle from a few years up to several decades (oak matured whites/deeper reds/’Anama Vintages).

The limited annual production, alongside the organoleptic interest, the long aging potential and the unique characteristics of each Vintage, not to mention the overall elegant design, have created a high collectible value for each bottle, which increases with each year of aging. 🍇

The 'Anama Concept

Located in Keratea, just a few kilometers from our vineyard. In this winery we turn our vision into action. We transform grapes into wine, combining the scientific knowledge of winemaking with the needs of each grape variety separately. Using modern methods as well as traditional ones such us the use of clay amphorae, we struggle daily to create wines that through their taste introduce you to the beauties of the land of Attica.

Domaine Pascal Jolivet is one of the youngest and most dynamic wineries in the entire Loire Valley. Pascal Jolivet started Grands Vins du Val de Loire in 1982 before founding the eight-hectare Pascal Jolivet estate just five years later, in 1987, in the communes of Tracy and Les Loges. Today, the total vineyard area covers only 28 hectares of vines in the Pouilly Fumé and Sancerre appellations, plus about 50% grapes from additional purchases. Its vineyards are limited to the two grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.

A ripe, sweet wine produced from sun-raisined grapes, following a natural vinification protocol. The 100+ year-old vines of the indigenous varieties Mavro & Xinisteri, situated along the slopes of Zoopigi (1,100+m altitude), are cultivated solely by hands & tools. The grapes are hand-picked & carefully transferred to the winery, where a controlled amount dehydration process is carried out on customized sundrying beds.

PIPER-HEIDSIECK Champagne

At its core Mirabeau Gin is a classic Dry Gin. Mirabeau has used a 100% grape-based neutral spirit which adds roundness and subtle fruitiness to the palate. Lemons and Coriander add layers of fresh citrus character. Orris and Angelica roots impart floral and earthy tones respectively. Rose Petals, Lavender and Jasmine are used sparingly to bring a variety of floral tones. Finally, Bay, Thyme and Rosemary add a finely balanced herbaceous character to the blend.
