A conference on ‘Body Image in Cyprus’ is taking place on Wednesday the 12th of June in Nicosia🤍

This is the first of it’s kind on the Island and it is an absolute honour to be invited. It’s so refreshing to see the progress Cyprus is making on societal issues that can affect the psychology and overall well being of people of all ages.

Body image is not just about being “too fat” or “too skinny”, it is a broad spectrum - from not feeling like you belong in your skin to others feeling entitled in having an opinion on what you should or shouldn’t look like, to plain old insecurities pushed upon you by society or upbringing. It is time we start having these conversations.

We are in FULL support of this event as this is everything we stand for! It is the very essence of ‘Feel As Good As You Look’.🖤
