Bathroom /cloakroom finished this week (mirror to be installed )
New tiling, floor and vanity...

This cloakroom was previously installed 4 months ago by another company..... and was nothing short of terrible !! ... dot and dab on every tile, leaving all tiles dangerously loose and poorly installed.
Poor finish from the tile cuts to vanity installation to the toilet fit.
The client had us redo all the tiling and install a new larger vanity with tile kickboard, and refit all new fixtures🔥🔥🔥💪👌

Complete transformation for this client, and his back garden sloped areas.🔥💪

A Job we completed a few weeks ago!! The Result came out. 🔥🔥

+Full removal of pool coping stones and all surrounding flagged areas.
+ Removal of degraded cement base.
+ Fully primed and rebar meshed, creating 4 planter beds.
+ Installation of 15x10cm slot drain, finished in aluminium.
+ Installation of conduits for pool surround lighting, switch located next to the back door.
+ Entire back area leveled with 10mm fibre reinforced concrete screed.
+ Installation of 1000 X 500mm tiles
(R13 non slip tiles, with flex adhesive)
+ Pool coping stones especially mitred and matched to new tiles.
+ Finished with new pool surround lighting and P hand rail.

A job we completed a few months ago transforming this old, tired apartment.

~kitchen fully replaced, retiled with white metro tiles and charcoal grey grout aswell as upgraded with new appliances.

One of our recent jobs! Removal and re-fit of a stairwell plasterboard ceiling! Damaged due to a leaking flat roof.
*Installation of a wooden working platform, due to poor stairwell access.
*Removal of all damaged plasterboard and water damaged studwork.
*Installation of new metal studwork and plasterboard level with remaining celliling with 80mm vent to allow ceiling void to breathe.
*Ceiling plastered in, with all holes repaired and entire stairwell fully repainted.
*Roof area fully cleaned, treated and resealed.

A recent job over the last couple of weeks, a custom built steel framed, hardwood bridge (painted in red oxide and finished in black hamerite) between a house and driveway.... To replace the existing uneven unattractive bridge....
Customer requested wider foot print and simple single step design....
With new gravel and re-set edging stones.

So tiling continued with block surround to Orange tree, Aluminium step and terrace tile edging, the tiling is completed, after grouting with Grey Quartz Grout. The base for the Artificial grass is prepared with 2 cubic meters of Grey Sand and edged with grey mono blocks

So now we are at the stage of starting Tiling 66 sqm in total with skirting tiles for all areas, in a non slip Wood Deck effect. Existing drain grids were replaced with flush tile insert lids to give a discreet look. All tiles were laid using a Flex Tile adhesive, and tile levelling and spacer system.

Stage 1 of our latest project was to clear a lot of the trees and hedge areas , reduce the volume of gravel and existing flagged area. we then prepared the whole area shown for concrete with plastic, rebar mesh (inc horizontal pins into the existing concrete pad of the building)
17 tonnes of concrete (7 cubic metres) were delivered by pump over the apartment building....

So for the last few weeks we have been working on our latest project. Transforming a fully gravel garden with bushes and trees into a relaxing area combining a tiled terrace with shade provided by a pergola, and a soft Artificial grass area to offer colour and texture. In addition existing walls are painted to complete the transformation....
