We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual to curate content and manage social media campaigns. The successful candidate will work on-site at our client's premises in Prague.

Typical responsibilities include:

Management of social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and other platforms.
Drive audience engagement and respond to users according to the client's playbook.
Support social media management of events and drive community engagement.
Monitor, analyze, and report key social channel metrics and analytics.
Work as part of a team to develop social media campaigns.
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
Roll out and monitor online ad campaigns in alignment with social media strategy.
Record and address user complaints.
Make recommendations for maximising exposure, driving brand awareness.
Qualifications

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
Good knowledge of Analytics and SEO best practices and tools.
Previous working experience as a social media professional will be considered as a plus.
Degree in a related field.
Very good knowledge and hands-on experience of digital marketing practices and tools.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual with analytical thinking and knowledge in web development and SEO. The successful candidate will work on-site at our client's premises in Prague.

Liaise with client staff and stakeholders to capture requirements and record issues.
Document requirements, issues, and improvements in a ticketing system and report on the progress performed by the service team on a weekly basis.
Upload and update web content across multiple websites.
Test websites using a variety of tools, browsers and devices.
Create and/or change website elements using a Content Management System.
Work with the other team members on marketing campaigns, from online marketing to email and social media.
Make recommendations for maximising exposure, driving brand awareness.
Measure, analyze, and report key web-based metrics (using e.g. Google and Facebook analytics, CRM tools such as HubSpot, and other data-gathering software).
Record and address user complaints.
Qualifications

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Experience as a Webmaster / Website administrator / Web developer.
Hands-on experience with a CMS such as Drupal or Wordpress.
Knowledge of Web Analytics and SEO best practices and tools.
Good analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
University or similar degree in Computer Science / Design or related field is preferred.
