Wir servieren Euch leckerste napoletanische Pizza,die traditionell nach einem Familienrezept hergestellt wird.Der fertige Teig ruht bis zu 48 Std. bevor er mit den besten Zutaten belegt und in unserem organischen Steinofen blitzschnell gebacken wird.
Ein Anteil von Semola, einem speziellem italienischem Maismehl, macht unsere Pizza besonders knusprig.
Wir glauben an gute Zutaten und sorgfältige Verarbeitung.Unser Credo: Qualität, denn dann schmeckt es uns am Besten.
