Trust and love what reiki can do for your mental health, your body and your soul! Cleaning the Chakras and letting you connect to your inner self. Even if it's just an impuls. ✨😊
✨🙏 Relax and activate your parasympathetic system with a Reiki session!
Feel your heart rate slow down and your body deeply relax.

Talking about: Reiki ✨
A practice, that I have been doing for over 4 years now.
After an experience that I had, more than 15years ago, where I received Reiki and felt this energy of unconditional love, I was simply overwhelmed and would read a lot into this practice. Finally in December 2019 I found the courage and right person for my first attunement, Jasmin Wolff.
After 2 more years I received my second attunement and with Reiki Grade II, i could now intensify the work on the integration of my own shadows as giving distant reiki healings to friends.
I feel blessed that I discovered this way of selfhealing and activating the self-healing powers in others and can only recommend for you to try it.
🙏✨thank you for your trust.
Your intention, wish or goal in Sanskrit.
Our wish was to become a Yoga Teacher, either for continuing on our own Yoga Journey or bringing this beautiful practice into the world and shining, through what we learned.
We did accomplish that wish and now it's up to us, what we will do with it.
I just today went back into my morning routine and it was beautiful to integrate some elements of those tools and methods we learned.
I did some brahmari breath, which calms me and is a great way to start the day. Then I did some nadi shodana breath for opening up my nostrils and lungs. It always feels so good after that to fully breath. Of course I used some retentions during breathing in an out. (kumbakha).
I had some mediation afterwards and did chant 'om gam ganapataye namaha' for a while. 🙏✨
Slowly coming back step by step.

What is time?
When I look back at pictures and reflect, these images, they convert to emotions and experiences. And I stick to these emotions.
They make me feel something.
There is no time anymore attached to it, but pure emotions.
Whether it's that sunny morning run around the Aussenalster (1) the clear air, other runners passing by, or people heading to work, that deep and beautiful blue of the water and the sun hitting on me - pure joy!
The buzy but calm sunset at the Hamburg Harbour. With those magnificent colours and endless sky, which I attended with and Barbara before we had a beautiful after Coaching Evening - clearity and security.
That after Coaching Sunset Run on Sunday, where took me on a beautiful route through the city and along the canals down to the Elbphilharmonie & all the way back to Grindel - energy and curiousness.
It's those moments, talks and people, that keep me going appreciating life, because it takes place in those moments.
It makes me complete and when I look back, I couldn't say when it exactly happened, but what I felt and what it made me realize.
One key takeaway, also supported by a video I saw of lately, made me realize that i have to write down more of those moments, of those experiences
What do you think, would you want to hear more stories, more emotions?
A race to remember.
I think I saw a video of the a year ago and was kind of excited about a race over the mountains from Kleinwalsertal, Austria to Italy 250km and 14k vertical metres 8days straight.
Even though we just took the 2 day adventure pass (run2) it was more than enough for a sneak peak into more advanced trailrunning - i got really hooked! 🥰🤙🏽🥳
It was magical, the first stage was about 33km and 1200vm details are coming.
With a lot of struggle running in a team, adjusting to the pace, waiting at the exposed parts and running together again. Uphill, downhill with ups and downs such as we have in our daily life, but without the ability to hide away, because your are there in the mountains.
I am really grateful for this run, as it made me realize a lot. Who I am, who I stand for and that feels really good!

Happy times with a lot of deeply rooted memories I will never forget, because they led to who I am today. 🙏
Two fun thoughts about that picture:
1. No wonder, why I live in Munich now (I still have that Lederhosen)
2. My dad wears sports socks
🏖️❤️
Went to clean out my digital data and came across some beautiful pictures dating back some 35ish years.
Growing up with my brother and sister wasn't always that peaceful, while eating a 🥖 together at the beach in France. There was always fighting and trying to make your parents more proud in front of the others. Sometimes also selling out your siblings for acceptance. Just like children are, I suppose.
When I look back at these times, it was wild and raw. Due to some hard lessons we had to learn, and some time we kind of separated, realizing that this is your family, your blood, your dearest, brings us all back together like at this picture: Grown up with respect, with openness and at last, the most important force there is: Love! ♥️

What a start into this new exciting year.
When the hits the rails at 7:00am in the morning and the coffee hasn't yet kicked in, the excitement to go out and enjoy a beautiful day in nature is already there...
Though we had some really icy parts going up, it was a nice welcome and if I would sum the whole tour up:
Small steps lead to some unexpected heights, and if you focus and stay on course, with you gut feeling at hand, everything will turn out great - and at the end you can enjoy the sunshine at the fullest!
Snow trails
🐐🏔️☀️🌲
What an awesome day spent in Sonthofen, Allgäu and along the Rubi.
When we started the tour, it did not at all look like we would get any blue sky or good views on the peak. It was raining and grey, cold and foggy. Once we ascended up and went over this thick wall of clouds, we found an awesome view and even found some Chamois (Chamois) who were climbing up the steep ways along the mountains... So beautiful.
The way back was pure fun. Trailing down the snow covered tracks. I bought some the day before and they really saved my life.
All in all we did some 8km and around 750hm.

One bigger project this year, was the new movie of a wonderful and very talented director
mersi, taschakor mikonam
Can't wait for when it will be released next year. The crew and cast were awesome and we had a lot of fun!
When 4 people randomly meet for 4 days, magic happens.
During this year I was able do participate as an extra in some movies and other productions and on this set I met Doris, Alex and Martin. It was wonderful. And we had a lovely time, dancing, cheering and basically having fun, even in times of corona (yeah - we had to do some tests, but all negative) 🙌🏼🤗
Thanks to and for great entertainment.. I miss you soon much!!
Still having goosebumps from this memory and view!
I went almost up. My fear of heights (it's getting better and better) and the crowded peak let me stay some 15m under it, near the ridge.
Still a fantastic view.
I am so grateful for the trip I did and the challenges I faced. Running down was of course the best part, as of course, the safe and flat valley is getting closer every step you take. Like solid ground you step on, after sailing the sea. ⛵
Can't wait to get back out and run in the mountains...
