Talking to your doctor to get a referral or authorization can be a little daunting, especially if you don't know what to say. Here's what you need to know when it comes asking your doctor for a referral to JANZ.

1. Know when you should get a JANZ referral. We offer medical supplies for respiratory, maternity, diabetic, mobility care and more. Any time you or your doctor determine you need home medical supplies, you can get a referral to JANZ.

2. Asking for a referral. This is the challenging part but keep in mind that you and your doctor are on the same team. "I'd like to have my authorization request sent to JANZ Medical Supply" is a simple way to ask for a referral. If your doctor suggests a different supplier, you can ask "Can I be referred to JANZ Medical Supply for this instead?" to make sure you receive top-notch quality experience every time.

3. Your doctor will contact JANZ on your behalf. Once we receive the referral we will reach out to you to schedule a visit to one of our stores.
