Are you a fan of Dutch baby pancakes? You don’t know them?! Well, it’s time you get to know them because they are D E L I C I O U S! And actually pretty easy to make too. You can fill them with whatever you like - sweet or savory!

I filled these delicious ones with 4 different fillings: herb cream cheese, crispy bacon and dukkah, pesto and fresh tomatoes, dill infused cream cheese and flaky hot smoked salmon and for the last one I used sundried tomatoes in oil, basil and freshly grated parmesan. They are all seriously delicious!!

Porridge without any grains but creamy and delicious? Yes please!

You guys probably know about my deep love for oatmeal of any kind for breakfast. So naturally I wanted to create a porridge that is similar to oatmeal but contains no grains. It’s delicious and super filling. I love the similarity to “real” porridge because it’s also warm, creamy and sweet. And you can of course top it with whatever your heart desires! It's Whole30 for the most part but you have to find a Whole30 compliant protein powder.

This is a super delicious “porridge” without all the grains but equally creamy, sweet and warm. It will make you feel so good and fill you up for hours too!

My family loves all things lemon – lemonade, lemon biscuits, lemon ice cream and of course lemon cake. The lemonier, the better! So I decided to make a lemon cake with lemon icing for the double lemon punch!

And trust me, this lemon cake fullfills every lemon lover’s dream. The cake itself is buttery and soft and the cream cheese icing is super tangy and delicious!

I hope you're not tired of my recipes including harissa already? I'm telling you, that spice mixture is here to stay!

This bean based dish is another winner!! I made this for my husband by just throwing together some things on a lazy day and it was such a hit that I had to try and recreate it! The kidney beans are cooked in a spicy tomato sauce in the slow cooker for hours and become super flavorful (and spicy of course)! Pair it with rice, naan bread and coconut yogurt!

Breakfast on the table for 3-6 people in 15 minutes? Yes please! This spelt pancake is full of blueberries and healthy, yet delicious! Douse it in lots of maple syrup for perfection!

My pancake - which is definitely inspired by 's pancake tray bake - is made with spelt flour, studded with a ton of fresh blueberries and contains only a little bit of honey. The amount is great for 6 people (or 3 very hungry ones who like second helpings). The pancake itself is not very sweet since I prefer to douse my pancakes in maple syrup rather.

Granola bars are a staple in my house. My older stepsons eat them a lot when they're out on sports events or just on the go. Personally, I'm not a huge fan since they tend to be very sweet and pretend to be healthy when they're actually not.

The refined sugar free healthy granola bars are a delicious mixture of oats, nuts and dried fruit mixed with peanut butter and agave syrup. So much healthier than the store bought ones!

You guys, it's my last post of the year! I really wanted to go out with a delicious festive cupcake that you can enjoy either still today (if you have all the ingredients) or make for New Year's for your guests! These delicious muffins get their colour from hibiscus blossom powder! I used fantastic the powder from The muffins are tangy and sweet and topped with a naturally pink cream cheese icing that will rock your world!

Did you know that one of the most traditional Christmas eve meals in Germany is potato salad paired with Wiener sausages? Weird, I know. Not my style either but I do love potato salad on any other day of the year!

This Bavarian style potato salad is naturally vegan, Whole30, easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients! It's super fresh and great for summer! My mum showed me how to make it and I've been eating it like this for my whole life.

This may well be the best cake I’ve ever made. Ok guys, hear me out! Just to make you understand why I think so, I have made this three times in the last few weeks already! My son totally surprised me by saying this is his now most favorite cake ever, even better than lemon cake! And believe me, that’s a big compliment.

Are Brussels sprouts yay or nay for you? It’s a definite yay for me! In my opinion, they are a severely underappreciated vegetable and so delicious when prepared right! Especially when they’re creamy on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside. Top them with other goodies and you’ve got a definite winner!

YES! If you haven’t tried Brussels sprouts for breakfast yet, I highly recommend it. I started eating them for breakfast a few years ago and I keep coming back to it.
