It was an exhausting season, not gonna lie. I had my ups and downs.

But I finished it with a new personal best with 10.21, two nominations for international competitions and an awesome 7.60 jump, which was unfortunately a fault but it showed me my potential.

This wouldn't be possible without some important people and their support. First of all, thank you for your training, your knowledge and your patience. We've just started our journey! 🙏Next, thank you .stadtwerke.muenchen with , and for your financial and overall support and belief in me. Thank you for your medical support. You saved my a$$ a few times! Furthermore, thank you Dr. Weniger and his team for being my doctor and curing me in the most important moments! Last but not least, thank you and for supporting me by giving me stylish clothes and also for the new friendship 🙏
There are many people that also supported me this season, don't mind if I didn't mention you guys but feel hugged!

My off-season is about to end and I'm hungry for training. I mean, I still have to defend my title this indoor season 😈 Asko, out!

Es ist Zeit...

Ich habe schon länger darüber nachgedacht und nach meinem Erfolg in der Hallensaison, habe ich entschieden die Spikes an den Nagel zu hängen und meiner zweiten großen Leidenschaft nachzugehen. Ich hoffe, dass ich 2024 in Paris schon im Surfen an den Start gehen kann.
