Here’s yet another variation of coconut chutney. This Coconut Mango Chutney is spicy, tangy and sour and tastes delicious with idlis and dosas. Unripe mangoes and ground with ginger, shallots, chillies and fresh coconuts to make this chutney. I use the mango with the peel as it gives a nice flavor. Here’s something you can make when you have some leftover bread. These Croutons flavored with garlic and oregano are crunchy bites of flavor. I used rye bread to make these croutons but any type of bread would work. These croutons can be stored for upto a month. These taste great with soups and salads or can be had as a snack as well.
