Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

1. Sicherstellung des mengenmäßigen und termingerechten
Einkaufs in Zusammenarbeit mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung
2. Prüfung von Dokumenten, Liefertermine und Fristen
3. Vorbereitung von Preisverhandlungen

Was erwarten wir von Dir:
· Ein hohes Maß an Loyalität und Diskretion gehören für Dich zum
Tagesgeschäft
· Idealerweise eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch erste
Berufserfahrung
· Sichere MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick,
Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an
Einsatzbereitschaft
· Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
· Auge für Details und gutes Zeitmanagement

Das sind deine Aufgaben:
Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung der monatlichen Buchhaltungsdaten für den Steuerberater
Prüfung der Eingangsrechnungen
Korrespondenz mit Steuerberater
Korrespondenz und Reporting an Banken in Kooperation mit dem Steuerberater

Das bringst du mit:
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung von Bauunternehmen
Umsatzsteuerliche Kenntnisse im Baugewerbe wären von Vorteil
Idealerweise Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten
Erfahrungen mit DATEV/SIMBA

Service- und kundenorientiertes Handeln und ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für das Thema Ladungssicherung
Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften (z.B. Straßenverkehrsvorschriften, Arbeits-, Lenk- und Ruhezeiten etc.)
