🪔 🪔 Diwali 🪔🪔
Diwali is also known as Festival of Lights. A joyous Hindu festival celebrated by millions of people around the world. The significance of Diwali varies across different regions and communities but in principle it symbolizes the Triumph of Light over Darkness, Good over Evil and Knowledge over Ignorance.
Diwali is time for spiritual reflection, prayers and jubilation. It is festival which foster a feeling of togetherness spreading love, hope and prosperity to all, it brings sense of unity and happiness as people open their hearts to the spirit of Diwali.

DIG Karlsruhe is organizing 2 FREE ONLINE yoga session on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
There are two individual zoom links for each session.
NOTE: The sessions:
1. are open to all (men, women, young and elderly)
2. will be conducted in English
3. can be supported in German for those who can not understand English (our dear trainer, Monika is a native German speaker)
4. will start on time (with a 5 minutes buffer for any participants with technical issues)
PLEASE log in a few minutes earlier to avoid any delays due to internet/connection issues.
